Returns
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method or another mutually agreed refund method, where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used, worn, washed, or damaged items.
- Products returned without their original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
